Production Process: F-T synthesis is a process
technology for synthesizing synthesis gas (a mixture of carbon monoxide and
hydrogen) into a liquid fuel under the action of a catalyst. The product has a
low viscosity at high temperatures, which can increase the production speed and
fluidity of the product and enhance the infiltration degree of the bonded
surface. Synthesis, fractionation, solvent extraction and bleaching under
certain pressure, temperature and catalyst conditions,obtaining monomer hydrocarbons like liquid
paraffin to high melting waxes like polyethylene wax, which have special
features of other natural waxes or other synthetic waxes do not. The original
Fischer-Tropsch process was used to synthesize substitute for petroleum products. Currently, this process
has been widely used in the conversion of natural gas to synthetic fuels. This

technology integrate properties of high melting point, low viscosity, excellent

PVC pipe wax:
It
can be used as an external lubricant for PVC, which helps to disperse the
filler during mixing.
Hot melt adhesive wax:
In
hot melt applications, the characteristics of Fischer-Tropsch Wax(FT wax) are:

Ink coating wax:
Fischer-Tropsch
wax is specifically designed for aqueous ink systems that require wax powders
to have high abrasion resistance and easy dispersion characteristics.
The
wax powder exhibits a number of excellent properties in aqueous inks to
maximize the desired smoothness and friction resistance. When it is used in the
ink as a particulate powder, the abrasion resistance and wrinkle resistance of
the applied material can be improved. When applied to the coating, it can have
a wrinkle effect, and can form a streak and water wrinkle effect when used in a
fine powder state. The addition into powder coating resin, which acts as a
lubricant during the extrusion process, reduces screw torque, reduces energy
consumption and increases production efficiency.
Masterbatch wax:
Fischer-Tropsch
wax can be used in the plastics industry: injection molding, extrusion and
pelletizing industries. Among them, in the processing of masterbatch, it
contributes to the dispersion of the filler and excellent slipperiness. It
helps to disperse the pigment during mixing, especially good application in the extrusion of high viscosity system, saves 40~50% usage amount compared with
ordinary PE wax, and can significantly improve the surface gloss of the
product.
